We link free legal advice and specialist support services with veterans and their families throughout Wales. In certain circumstances, we can also assist you with case work where required. We rely on an extensive network of volunteer legal clinics, charities and organisations to find you the support that you need, when you need it. We routinely signpost to peer mentors, mental health support and specialist advice services - working with both the largest and smallest collectives in Wales.

FOR LAWYERS

 

We develop and present professional development courses for lawyers who are frequently representing veteran clients - or those who would like to work more closely with the veteran community.

 

We welcome lawyers from any discipline who would like to provide pro bono advice. All we ask is that you hold valid insurance to SRA standards, are recognised by a regulatory body and that you provide one hour of your time per month. You can be located anywhere in England and Wales!   

 

FOR STUDENTS

 

We offer internship and volunteer opportunities to students in Wales, as well as conducting our own independent academic research. We welcome students from all over Wales from any discipline - you don't have to be a law student. We ask that you are available for two hours per month and that you have a good standard of written and spoken English (or Welsh!)
